The green world is often almost invisible to our eyes and does not catch our attention. Since they appeared on Earth, however, the plants have devised a thousand tricks to ensure that their life can be satisfactory in every place of the planet! The plants communicate, even though they do not have the word; they experience feelings of annoyance and pain; they defend themselves by designing real weapons to deceive other species. If we take as a definition of intelligence the ability to solve problems, plants are undoubtedly intelligent, because in the course of history they have been able to work out difficulties that are not easy to solve.
