How can I place an order?

Simply register by entering your personal details and filling in the form according to the instructions on the website. Purchase orders must be correctly completed in all their parts.

To purchase an item, just add the selected product(s) to the Cart. You can change the quantity of products at any time.

Once any changes have been made, a summary page will appear (including any delivery charges), followed by a request for confirmation to proceed.

To complete the transaction, simply select the desired payment method and confirm the purchase. After confirming the purchase, it is no longer possible to make changes to the order.

Can I change my order once it has been confirmed?

No, unfortunately in order to guarantee the fastest possible preparation, it is not possible to make changes once the order has been confirmed.

How much are the shipping costs?

Delivery is free in Italy (for orders over €19.00), in France €5.90 up to €49.90 and free above €49.90, and abroad costs €14.90.

Which courier do you use for shipments?

Our shipments are handled by SDA and BARTOLINI.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For available items, we will deliver the order to the Courier within 48 hours.

Delivery times within Italy are 3–5 working days from delivery to the Courier.

For remote areas (mountain locations, small islands), delivery times are 6 working days.

What payment methods do you accept?

The following payment methods are available:

  • Paypal: by selecting this option you will automatically be redirected to Paypal at the end of the order, where you can log in and pay directly from your account.

  • Instant bank transfer (In Bank).

  • Credit/debit card.

  • Teacher’s card (“Carta del docente”).

I received defective or incorrect items. How can I replace them?

If your order contains damaged goods (e.g. damaged packaging, missing parts, etc.) or items different from what was ordered, please send an email within 24 hours of receipt to: assistenza@sassijunior.com

 or via WhatsApp, attaching photographic documentation of the damaged or incorrect goods.

The email must also include your order and shipping number.

Once we receive the documentation, we will either refund the cost of the goods or send a replacement copy at our expense.

I want to return my order even if the goods are not defective.

If you wish to return non-defective goods, the return costs are at your own expense. You can send the order (including your order number and name) to this address:

Once the package reaches our offices, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

I would like to order a product I saw in the catalogue or in a shop, but I cannot find it on the website. What should I do?

If an item is not listed or is marked as “Not Available”, it is likely sold out or temporarily unavailable.
