General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Purchases on SASSI JUNIOR

Introduction
By using the services available on www.sassijunior.com, you fully and unreservedly accept the General Terms and Conditions described herein. These Terms apply to all orders placed, by any means provided below, for all items and services offered on www.sassijunior.com
SASSI JUNIOR reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; however, the Terms applicable to sales orders placed on www.sassijunior.com
will be those accepted by the customer (hereinafter the “Customer”) at the time of the order.
Subject
The offer and sale of products on the SASSI JUNIOR website constitute a distance contract governed by Articles 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005, no. 206 (Consumer Code), and by Legislative Decree of 9 April 2003, no. 70 (E-Commerce Law). Product purchases are intended for consumers.
These Terms of Sale govern the relationship between the Customer and SASSI JUNIOR for the purchase of Products on the Website.
The Customer must carefully read the Terms of Sale provided by SASSI JUNIOR, also for the purpose of enabling reproduction and storage, in compliance with Article 12, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 70/2003.
Purchase Procedure
To purchase Products, the Customer must register by entering personal details, following the instructions provided during the registration process, and must complete and send to SASSI JUNIOR the electronic order form available on the website, following the instructions on the Website. Purchase orders must be accurately completed in all parts.
The Customer must add the selected Product(s) to the “Cart” and, after reviewing and accepting the delivery charges, may proceed with the purchase.
If the Customer needs to modify the order or change any data contained therein, they must follow the appropriate modification procedure on the site. In particular, the Customer may change the quantity of Products to be purchased, adding or removing one or more Products from the Cart.
For free books or promotional gadgets, their inclusion in the cart must comply with the conditions indicated on the website.
Once this operation is completed, the Customer will see a screen containing the purchase order summary, including delivery costs, and will be asked to confirm the purchase procedure.
After viewing the summary, the Customer must select the desired payment method and confirm the purchase procedure.
Once confirmation has been sent, it will no longer be possible to modify the order: quantities cannot be changed, products cannot be replaced, added, or removed, discount codes and gadgets cannot be applied, and the order cannot be cancelled.
Contract Conclusion
By confirming the purchase order, the Customer fully acknowledges and accepts the Terms of Sale and other information contained on the website.
The Order Confirmation sent by SASSI JUNIOR to the Customer at the email address provided constitutes acceptance of the contractual proposal.
The contract is concluded and binding for both parties when the Order Confirmation is sent to the Customer.
The Order Confirmation email sent by SASSI JUNIOR will include details of the purchased Product(s); price; payment methods; delivery costs; right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 70/03.
After payment, you will receive an email confirming receipt of payment, and from that moment the preparation and shipping times of your order will begin.
If our staff finds errors in your order or deems it impossible to fulfill within the required times and methods, you will be promptly informed.
The Customer has no right to any compensation or indemnity, nor any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to people and/or property caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order or by cancellation due to non-payment within the established term.
The product availability shown on the SASSI JUNIOR website, although constantly updated, may vary in real time without notice.
You are purchasing products displayed and described on our website and accept that product images may not perfectly represent the features of the products and may differ in color and shades, size, or accessories shown.
Payment
Product prices are expressed in Euro and include all applicable taxes and/or duties.
Product prices do not include delivery costs, the amount of which will be indicated to the Customer in the purchase order summary.
The Product price will be the one indicated on the website at the time of the order. Any price increases or decreases, even related to previous or subsequent promotional sales, will not apply.
The Customer may choose between two payment methods: via PayPal™ account and/or credit card; or via bank transfer.
PayPal
When purchasing via PayPal, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal login page at the end of the order. The amount related to the order is charged to the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition. In case of cancellation of the order, either by the Customer or by SASSI JUNIOR’s non-acceptance, the amount will be refunded to the Customer’s PayPal account. Order cancellation is possible until the order is being processed. Once cancellation is requested, SASSI JUNIOR cannot be held liable for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by delays in the release of the amount by PayPal. At no time during the purchase process is SASSI JUNIOR able to access the Customer’s financial information. For each transaction made via PayPal, the Customer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.

The Teacher’s Card is an initiative of the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research, established by Law 107 of 13 July 2015 (Buona Scuola), Article 1 paragraph 121, creating an electronic card for the training and education of tenured teachers in schools.
